THE TEAM

Michael DeVore:

13 years of leadership experience and successfully transforming both Multi-Family communities and Self-Storage facilities from investment entities to market-centered environments. As leader of our Management arm, Michael is responsible for being forward thinking; evaluating trends and seeing how they may pose opportunities for 5B.

Phillip Sylvester:

As Asset Manager, Phillip works in conjunction with Michael DeVore to develop programs, policies and procedures around worthy trends or market changes. Phillip is responsible for creating and organizing training documents. He is charged with verifying our teams embrace accepted changes and are properly folding these changes into our corporate culture.
