Collin’s Park at Bear Creek is located west of the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. Collin’s Park is a 216 home community. During construction, great attention was given to preserving the large, native oak trees; which, together with the beautifully landscaped grounds creates an aesthetic appearance of a community park. With Hobble Creek, 5B Investments, Inc. introduced a Class A prototype to the Boise market. Hobble Creek’s in-unit amenities surpassed previous developments and redefined renter expectations in the Boise market. Community features include brick exteriors, a movie theater, large exercise facility, and a business center. 5B Investments, Inc acted as the General Contractor on the project. The project was sold immediately upon completion of construction.

Grapevine, Texas

The Cross Creek Apartments is a premier multi-family development located at the intersection of HWY 121 and FM 2499 in suburban Dallas. The property is adjacent to the Grapevine Mills Outlet Mall, Bass Pro Shops, Embassy Suites, and the DFW Hyatt Conference Center. A brand new Opryland Hotel and Convention Center is slated to be built within close proximity to the Cross Creek Apartments. The property is in the final phase of a master planned community totaling 1,220 units. All phases have been sold to institutional investors.
