Collins Park at Bear Creek

Collin’s Park at Bear Creek is located west of the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. Collin’s Park is a 216 home community. During construction, great attention was given to preserving the large, native oak trees; which, together with the beautifully landscaped grounds creates an aesthetic appearance of a community park. Community amenities include a media room, business center, and a spacious fitness room is available for residents and their guests. This project was funded through the HUD 221 (d) (4) program.
