Developed a 466-unit facility comprised of 53,560 sq ft on approximately 3 acres. This project was completed on time and leased in half of the expected time. This was a new product type and was our first exposure to the self-storage industry. This project was immediately sold to Storage USA and later purchased by Extra Space Storage.
