Developed a 529-unit facility comprised of approximately 67,525 rental sq ft on 3.22 acres. Construction began in November 1999 with completion scheduled for Summer, 2000. Sold to Extra Space Self-Storage in 2012.

Carrollton, Texas

Developed a 466-unit facility comprised of 53,560 sq ft on approximately 3 acres. This project was completed on time and leased in half of the expected time. This was a new product type and was our first exposure to the self-storage industry. This project was immediately sold to Storage USA and later purchased by Extra Space Storage.
