Mach Robin and Red Robin teams have a reputation for going above and beyond expectations and making lasting impressions that make many of our customers
“guests for life.”

Red Robin Cantera. We had a family of three come into the restaurant and their son just had a chemo treatment because he had a brain tumor. Our servers Lynda and Nicole took the boy under their wing…to help him forget about his treatment…We bought their meal that day; we also found out that they are living in a hotel while they are in town for chemotherapy. We came together as a team and bought them a gift so that they could return to Red Robin on us.

Red Robin Reno. “I have Celiac Disease and my server Chris was amazing at handling my order and answered all of my endless questions with patience and humor…So kind!”

Red Robin Westpark. “My son has Fructose Malabsorption, and can’t have foods with any high fructose corn syrup. Nicole checked with her boss to see if what our son wanted contained anything he couldn’t have, they also found a special dessert for him. I thought it was awesome for them to go out of their way to accommodate us.”

Red Robin Lincolnshire. “We had just gotten home from Lurie Children’s Hospital where our son had spinal surgery, and wanted a good, juicy burger. I called for carry-out and when we arrived, Charlie and Tracy told us that “dinner was on them.” It was a lovely gesture and very much appreciated. We eat there frequently and it made us feel very valued as customers and friends.”

Red Robin Parkcenter. “My friend Kristin and I were taking a friend to lunch for her Birthday. Kristin has Cerebral Palsy and is in an electrical chair. She is also Non Verbal and needs assistance eating. Without even asking, we were seated at a table in an area that was easy for Kristin’s chair. Kristin is very intelligent but is always assumed to have a mental disability. We were so impressed with our server Brian. He would look at Kristin directly and ask her questions then wait patiently while she would spell out her answers on a communication board. Brian made a huge impact on all of. Yes the food was good and the atmosphere was wonderful, but nothing compares to the service of a person who treats all people with respect and dignity. Thank You Brian, and thank you Red Robin for employing people like Brian. They sure make our community a better place for ALL of us.”
